These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Edulymobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Eduly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
About Eduly
Eduly is an educational platform that provides access to study materials, including notes, past papers, books, assignments, projects, and other academic resources. The Service is intended to support learning and revision. Eduly does not require users to create an account or submit personal details to use the mobile app.
Eligibility
You may use Eduly if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms in your country, you must use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or educator.
Permitted Use
You may use Eduly for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly share materials except as allowed for personal study or where the material explicitly permits broader use
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload, introduce, or distribute malware, spam, or harmful code through the Service
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Eduly or with any institution whose materials appear in the app
- Use automated tools to scrape, bulk download, or overload the Service in a way that harms availability for other users
Study Materials and Intellectual Property
Study materials available through Eduly are provided by authorized contributors, institutions, or rights holders. Eduly does not claim ownership of third-party academic content unless explicitly stated.
All trademarks, logos, course names, and institutional references belong to their respective owners. Your right to use downloaded materials is limited to personal, non-commercial educational use unless a specific material or license states otherwise.
If you believe content in Eduly infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at luplegstudios@gmail.com with enough detail for us to review the claim.
No Academic Guarantee
Eduly is a resource tool, not an official academic authority. Materials in the app may contain errors, become outdated, or differ from current curricula, exam formats, or institutional requirements. You are responsible for verifying information with your school, university, instructor, or official sources.
Use of Eduly does not guarantee any particular grade, exam result, admission outcome, or academic success.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Eduly available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including adding, removing, or updating study materials.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and sufficient storage for downloads.
Privacy
Eduly is designed so that ordinary users of the mobile app do not need to provide personal details. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Admin Dashboard
Authorized contributors may use a separate admin dashboard to upload and manage study materials. Access to that dashboard is restricted and subject to additional responsibilities, including ensuring that uploaded content is lawful, accurate to the best of their knowledge, and appropriate for educational use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, opportunities, or academic outcomes arising from your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to useEduly, if any, or zero where the Service is provided free of charge.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduly and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful way. You may stop using Eduly at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting downloaded materials from your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Eduly after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction whereEduly is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
